Payment Policies Deposit Information
Minimum check-in age is 19. Check-In time is anytime after 2PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed) Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible) This property considers guests aged 17 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children under 17 will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. A valid, bank-issued credit card that can be imprinted and valid government issued photo identification is required for check in. Upon departure, you may pay by credit card, cash, travelers' cheque, or Best Western Travel Card.
Cancellation Policies

Currency Conversions
Cancellation Policy is 24 hours notice-4pm the day before arrival. Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars. As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange. Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk.
Extra guests
All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.
